After a gap of 14 miles, which must count as one of the longest gaps between junctions and one of the most boring stretches of road in the world, we finally arrive at Ashford. Leave this exit for the A251 to Faversham (unsigned both here and in real life, though it is signed westbound), the new cinema entertainment complex, and the M20 nightclub (yes, really!). Oh, and Folkestone now finally appears on the signs - yay!
