Junction 41 is a bit unusual - traffic merges in from Junction 41 before it has to a chance to leave the M4 at Junction 41. You could get on here, get off at the next exit, and you'd have both entered and left the M4 at Junction 41. Anyway, the third lane rejoins us here.
