A series of gentle curves bring us to the penultimate junction on the M4, and our long journey from West London is almost at an end. We've traversed gentle English countryside, leapt across estuaries, tunnelled through suburbs and mounted viaducts past the rooftops. All that remains is to turn north to find our final destination, Pont Abraham.
