Change Route: M45 West
Limited access; you can't join the M45 here southbound. The M45 is the sister motorway to the M10, which we saw merging in just after the M25. These two were built as spurs so that when the M1 opened, they could remove some traffic just before the road ended so that the existing road network at each end wasn't overloaded.
